Do you sell or ship outside North America and the United Kingdom?

If you are outside of North America and the United Kingdom, you will not be able to complete your order.  Please contact us to discuss options (see below for our contact page).

How long will it take to get my order?

That depends on a number of factors. We process orders every day but depending on your location and the value of your package, you can expect to receive your order in 7-21 days. Priority shipping is available for an additional fee.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

Can I return my product?

We offer a 14 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All you need to do is return your purchase and we will refund your money. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for loss or damage which may occur during shipping.
